At first this appears impossible — the king must just have moved, but from where? Every possibility seems to require an impossible double check. But there is a legal sequence involving a discovered check and an en passant pawn capture. Play must have started from this position:

Now 1. … Ne5+ 2. g4 fxg3+ e.p. 3. Kxe5.
