White wins with the waiting move 1. Kb2! If Black moves his pawn then 2. Ng6 is mate, and if he moves his bishop then the knight captures the pawn.

Note that the king must move to b2 — moving to a2 or b1 leaves him vulnerable to a check from the bishop.
