Tight Squeeze

A "Panamax" is a ship that just barely fits through the locks of the Panama Canal.

They have to pass through during daylight hours, so the crew can see what they're doing. Below, an officer of the cruise ship Ryndam reports on progress, just a few feet from the lock's wall.
